Chef Dady is the Executive Chef and Owner of BIN 555, Tre Trattoria in Alamo Heights and Downtown at The Fairmount Hotel, Two Bros BBQ Market and the DUK Truck.

His passion for food and hospitality has been recognized on a national, regional and local level with nominations for James Beard Award, 40 under 40 "Rising Star" from the SA Business Journal and Rising Star Chef Restauranteaur from Star Chefs. He was honored to cook at the James Beard House in August 2009 and June 2005 and received national acclaim in February 2004 with a "Rising Star" chef award by Restaurant Hospitality.

Jake Dady, General Manager/Owner of Bin 555, joined with his brother Jason in opening The Lodge Restaurant. As the General Manager of The Lodge Restaurant, Jake is the man behind the scenes ensuring the utmost quality in hospitality. Jake began his career in the restaurant industry in Coppell, Texas, as the manager of one the most popular casual restaurants, CJ’s.
