Jason
Dady, Executive Chef/Owner of Bin 555, came to San Antonio a
mission to exceed his guests expectations with each and every
visit. He acheived his mission with his first restaurant, The
Lodge of
Castle
Hills, that he opened in 2001 with his brother, Jake.

Mediterranean cuisine in a "small meze plates" format
coupled with contemporary ambiance, an intimate bar and large
patio make Bin 555 Restaurant & Wine Bar one of the most innovative
restaurants
in San Antonio.
Chef Dady's
dedication to his mission and passion for food has been recognized
on a national, regional and local level. He was honored to cook
at the James Beard House in June 2005 and received national acclaim
in February 2004 with a "Rising Star" chef award by Restaurant
Hospitality.
